If you prefer, we are also glad to take your orders by phone, fax, or e-mail. We will custom make your candles and ship them to you by UPS.

All Payments are to be made in United States Dollars Only.

Not Responsible for damages from delays in shipping or damage to products in shipping, must be taken up with Shipper.

Since your candles are custom made, no refunds--only exchanges on defective items.

Colors will vary a little as they are made to the color listed for each candle. If you want to match a color as close as possible, you must send a sample. There will be a $8.00 charge for this please contact custom@thecandleshop.com to make the arrangements.
